[ptxdist] [PATCH v2] less: version bump 679 -> 710

The LICENSE file checksum only changed due to an update in the year from
2025 to 2026.

With less v695 the lessecho binary is now located in the libexec dir, as
it's an internal command not intended to be executed directly by users
and shell scripts [1].

With version 710 support for the obsolete pre-241 lesskey binary format
has been removed and with it also the lesskey program to generate this
binary format [2].
