[ptxdist] [PATCH] gawk: version bump 5.3.2 -> 5.4.1

The license hash changed due to a year change (2025 -> 2026) and the
replacement of the FSF postal address with an URL.

Previously gawk always used -O3 on GCC, but as they experienced bugs it
has been made configurable in 5.4.0. To avoid these potential bugs keep
this optimization disabled (despite being previously enabled).
