Hi,

I'm happy to announce that I've just released ptxdist-2021.04.0.

For the most part, this release contains changes for individual packages.

There was a bug in the icecc environment generation, so clang was missing
in the host environment under most circumstances. This is fixed no.

Python has seen some minor updates and cleanups. Calling 'pip' on the
target works now. So it's possible, for example, to create virtualenvs at
runtime.

There was a bug in the last release in the "don't allow gcc plugins" in the
kernel. That's fixed now and the kernel template was updated as well.

Signed kernel modules now works as expected. PTXdist no longer breaks the
signature by stripping the modules after they were signed.

The rest is the usual mix of new packages, version bumps and bug fixes.
