Hi,

I'm happy to announce that I've just released ptxdist-2020.12.0.

It's another rather quiet release cycle. There are some more fixes for
building with OSELAS.Toolchain-2020.08.0. Specifically, most (unnecessary)
dependencies on libnsl are gone. This library is not available with the new
toolchain and not actually needed.

'--dirty' did not work as expected in the last few releases. This should be
fixed now.

The rest is the usual mix of new packages, version bumps and bug fixes.
