Where did you find this information?

https://pagure.io/ says:

 > Pagure was sunset in mid-2026. Fedora-related projects likely moved 
to forge.fedoraproject.org. Other projects moved to places like 
Codeberg, GitHub, or GitLab.

This sounds to me like pagure.org might be also affected and in a 
archive-only mode.

A quick look to Arch Linux [1][2] and Alpine Linux [3] shows they now 
direct to https://codeberg.org/jmoyer/libaio/
