Hi,

I'm happy to announce that I've just released ptxdist-2026.04.0.

It's a rather boring release this time. There is not really anything that
stands out.
Just a lot of version bumps, some license identifier cleanups, other fixes
and a few new packages.

Thanks to all contributors and - as always - the shortlog below.
