Hi,

I'm happy to announce that I've just released ptxdist-2026.03.0.

I've done a lot of spring cleaning in this release. Several packages that
where in staging for more than a year are now gone. And I've moved several
packages to staging. What ist left outside of staging should now all build
with OSELAS.Toolchain-2025.11.x, which mostly means it builds with gcc 15.

The detection of empty config diffs was broken. So diffs with just hashes
remained. This is now fixed and config and diff are removed again when the
diff is empty.

I've reworked the handling of cargo workspaces. This fixes an issue with
the latest gst-plugins-rs version.

There are some situations where an old version of Python packaging
installed on the build host, could result in build failures. This is no
fixed by building the local (newer) version first.

The rest are mostly version bumps, a few new packages and some bugfixes.
