Hi,

I'm happy to announce that I've just released OSELAS.Toolchain-2025.11.1.

This is a bugfix only release. There are no major update. The relevant
changes are:

 - zstd support is now enabled in gdb. Without this, the debug symbols from
   glibc and based on that all binaries in a PTXdist BSP could not be read.
 - gcc was updated to the 15-20260117 snapshot release.
 - glibc was updated to 2.42-51-gcbf39c26b2583 in the stable branch.
 - llvm, clang and lld were updated to 21.1.8, the latest 21.1 stable
   release.

For the binary packages, the plan is the same as for the corresponding
major release. They should show up over the next few days.
