Hi,

I'm happy to announce that I've just released ptxdist-2023.12.0.

With this release, the dependency on Python 2 is finally on the way out.
Qt 5 was patched to use Python 3 instead and canfestival is now in staging.
Those where the last packages that needed Python 2.

We have a new libxcrypt package that can provide libcrypt and a glibc
option that will redirect the relevant dependencies. This is in
preparations for new glibc versions that no longer include libcrypt.

If the toolchain contains a fortran compiler (such as the latest
OSELAS.Toolchain releases) then it can now be used. Several new package
make use of that.

Several more packages have the license file and checksum specified
explicitly.

The rest is the usual mix of new packages, version bumps and bugfixes.
