Hi,

I'm happy to announce that I've just released ptxdist-2023.06.0.

There are no really big changes in this release. The hashes calculated for
each package, that determine if the package changed in any way and needs to
be rebuilt, now include all data for all direct build dependencies as well.
This is mostly relevant when using pre-built archives where this hash is
used in the file name. It prevents issues when old archives are used but
the ABI of the dependency changed.

The documentation infrastructure was modernised and fixed. Building the
documentation with newer versions of sphinx works now and building the
latex/pdf documentation was fixed.

The rest is the usual mix of version bumps, new packages and bugfixes.

Thanks to all contributors and - as always - the shortlog below.

Enjoy,
Michael Olbrich
