[ptxdist] Apache2 build fails after Toolchain update

Hello all.

after swicthing from OSELAS.Toolchain-2012.12.0 to
OSELAS.Toolchain-2014.12.0 the apache2 build failed  according to some
linking errors regarding libaprutils and lcrypt.

Some idea what went wrong here?
