I don't know. I started a discussion about this with someone some time
ago; we were talking about this and other topics (upstream vs vendor
kernel, u-boot vs barebox, vendor GPU drivers vs etnaviv, NAND vs
eMMC...) but then I suddenly stopped getting answers :-)
