[ptxdist] terminfo dumb

Hi

I need to install terminfo "dumb" under /usr/share/terminfo/d/dumb

How I do this under ptxdist 2014.10.0?

The reason for this is I will call "top -b" (on the target) and get the message: "dumb : unknown terminal type"

Copy rules/ncurses.make to you BSP into the rules directory and add the
appropriate line near the end of the file (around line 200)....or use a
decent terminal program on your development machine. :)

or the hacked solution run `export TERM="xterm"`, but then you will
confuse terminal programs and everything else. :-)
