I use this method

cd ptxdist
git checkout ptxdist-2012.03.0
git cherry-pick 2a89985
./autogen.sh

My os is ubuntu 13.04 32bit

Where exactly did you download the ptxdist sources? Just to be sure I
have the same version which you have.
