Yes, that's exactly what I'm trying to do.
I'm using an AM335x processor (ARM Cortex-A8). =

The file "fb_atomic.h" is from the firebird package itself.

At the moment I'm installing the libatomic-ops package, I think this lib is=
 used for the firebird package.

What kind of target architecture do you use? Is the "fb_atomic.h" from the
Firebird-2.5.3 sources itself or from a different (external) library?
