I see that AC_TRY_RUN accepts 3 parameters for sucess, fail and cross-compile. The first two are no problem, but the third should be set according to PTXCONF_GLOBAL_LARGE_FILE. How can I access that environment (?) variable. I'm no autotools expert nor regular users of that.
Another method would be to use AC_SYS_LARGEFILE, but I have no idea how to set 'large_file' for large_file then.
