Copy pam.conf to ptxdist/projectroot/etc and add this file to this
patch. Then you can overwrite pam.conf in you BSP if needed.

BTW: Please look at pam's configure options and set sensible defaults
for, but not limited to: prelude, pamlocking, lckpwdf, cracklib, audit,
db, nis, selinux, mailspool, xauth.
