I missed that cube/CMakeList.txt still contains the
if(${CMAKE_SYSTEM_PROCESSOR} STREQUAL ${CMAKE_HOST_SYSTEM_PROCESSOR})
checks.

Fixed, squashed, and resent. Marked the VULKAN_TOOLS_CUBE option as
BROKEN again.
