[ptxdist] [PATCH] wpewebkit: Fix install of Web Inspector

On attaching to Web Inspector cog dumps core.

    cog[467]: Error loading inspector.gresource: Failed to open file “/usr/share/wpe-webkit-2.0/inspector.gresource”: open() failed: No such file or directory
    systemd-coredump[566]: Process 467 (cog) of user 0 dumped core.

Turns out handling of resources changed from shared library to GResource. [1]

So add the proper install statement to fix this issue.
