[ptxdist] [PATCH] squashfs-tools: version bump 4.6.1 -> 4.7.2

squashfs-tools seems to have moved to GitHub. Therefore update the
URL accordingly.

Version 4.7 enabled all compression methods by default [1].
Therefore simply disable them explicitly.
