Also the LICENSE file was updated to also include the
BSD copyright notice for tif_lzw.c due to multiple derivations:

  The code of tif_lzw.c is derived from the compress program whose code is
  derived from software contributed to Berkeley by James A. Woods,
  derived from original work by Spencer Thomas and Joseph Orost.
