[ptxdist] [PATCH v2] rtmpdump: update URL

The gitweb instance at git.ffmpeg.org no longer allows exporting
snapshot archives. Switch to cloning the Git repo over HTTPS instead,
and update the md5sum because newer Git versions create different path
names inside the tar.gz ("rtmpdump-2021-02-19-gf1b83c10d8be/" instead of
"rtmpdump-2021-02-19-gf1b83c10d8be-f1b83c1/").
