[ptxdist] [PATCH] barebox: add optional dependency to HOST_LZ4

barebox switched the default compression to lz4. Therefore, it needs the
host lz4 to build with lz4 compression. Add the option to specify
HOST_LZ4 as a dependency of barebox.
