Subject: [ptxdist] [ANNOUNCE] PTXdist 2023.01.0 released
Date: Fri, 6 Jan 2023 11:56:25 +0100 [thread overview]

Hi,
I'm happy to announce that I've just released ptxdist-2023.01.0.
With git archive 2.38 the generated .tar.gz archives are slightly
different, which results in changed md5sums. This is fixed in the release
by ensuring that git falls back to the previous method to create the files.
This way the md5sums remain unchanged.
The include path filtering introduced in ptxdist 2022.12.0 caused some
problems in combination with "ptxdist local-src". The check what is a valid
search path is now more intelligent and issues like that should be fixed.
The rest are mostly version bumps and a few bugfixes.
Thanks to all contributors and - as always - the shortlog below.
Enjoy,
Michael Olbrich
