Subject: [ptxdist] PTXdist 2022.11.0 released

Hi,

I'm happy to announce that I've just released ptxdist-2022.11.0.

This release is a bit smaller than it could be. I was busy with the
toolchain release so there are quite a few pending patches that I still
need to review.

But there are some noteworthy changes. A major cleanup removed the use of
several deprecated variables in a lot of packages. The old variables will
be removed at some point. For now, there is a 'ptxdist setup' option that
causes ptxdist to fail if such a variable is still used.

The rest are mostly version bumps, a few URL and other fixes and a few new
packages.

Thanks to all contributors and - as always - the shortlog below.

Enjoy,
Michael Olbrich
