Hi,

I'm happy to announce that I've just released ptxdist-2022.08.0.

It's vacation time so there are only a handful of changes from me
personally. But others have picked up the slack so this release not that
small.

Most of it are version bumps. The rest is the usual mix of new packages,
and other fixes and improvements.

Thanks to all contributors and - as always - the shortlog below.
