3 options has been remove:
--enable-gpg
--disable-symcryptrun
--with-tar=PATH

6 options has been added:
--disable-keyboxd
--disable-tpm2d
--enable-log-clock
--with-tpm2daemon-pgm=PATH
--with-keyboxd-pgm=PATH
--with-tss=TSS
