Hi,

I'm happy to announce that I've just released ptxdist-2021.07.0.

There are no big changes this time. We have some documentation
improvements. A chapter about license handling and about working with
patches.

The rest is the usual mix of version bumps, bugfixes and new packages.

Thanks to all contributors and - as always - the shortlog below.
