Hi,

I'm happy to announce that I've just released ptxdist-2020.10.0.

Nothing big stands out this time, but there is a lot of smaller stuff.

There are some more fixes to the directory permission handling. The
validation is a bit less strict now, as long as the final result is
consistent.

We have a lot of version bumps this time and quite a few new package.
The rest are bugfixes, including several dependency fixes, some cleanup and
a few documentation improvements.

Thanks to all contributors and - as always - the shortlog below.
