Here too – reproducible config options are important. Use

        --$(call ptx/endis, CHRONY_ADVANCED_COMMAND)-cmdmon \
        --$(call ptx/endis, CHRONY_ADVANCED_COMMAND)-debug \

instead (unless the configure option is broken…).
