Hmm, I remember changing something there after I copy/pasted the text from
the last time. I probably replaced a '8' with another '8' :-/.

Hmmm, you get this error, if the dependency is not white-listed for
pkgconfig. Though I don't know why this happened. If you see something like
this again, check the content of state/<pkg>.pkgconfig for the relevant
packages.
