I haven't found a cause yet... glib.prepare stage fails with:

Cross dependency libffi found: NO
Not looking for a fallback subproject for the dependency libffi because:
Use of fallbackdependencies is disabled.

meson.build:1765:0: ERROR:  Pkg-config not found.

$ tail -n 10 build-target/glib-2.60.3-build/meson-logs/meson-log.txt

Library m found: YES
Cross pkg-config arm-v5te-linux-gnueabi-pkg-config not found.
Pkg-config not found.
Dependency libffi not found: CMake binary missing from cross file
Cross dependency libffi found: NO

meson.build:1765:0: ERROR:  Pkg-config not found.

Any clue what's going on here?
