Hi,

I'm happy to announce that I've just released ptxdist-2019.08.0.

It's a relatively small release this time. There are some changes under the
hood to simplify non-BSP project like OSELAS.Toolchain. Several packages
that spent a year in staging are now gone. Some more license data was added
or fixed (mostly only/or-later mix-ups).

The rest is the usual mix of version bumps, bugfixes.

Thanks to all contributors and - as always - the shortlog below.
