Hi,

I'm happy to announce that I've just released ptxdist-2019.02.0.
This is another boring release. There are some new packages to work with
trusted execution environments. Other than that, it's just the usual mix of
new packages, version bumps, bugfixes.

Thanks to all contributors and - as always - the shortlog below.
