The initial poppler patch series by Michael broke cups-filters, which did not
build with the new poppler. Update cups-filters to fix this, and also update
qpdf, on which the newer cups-filters depends.
Changes v1 -> v2:
- include qpdf and cups-filters version bumps
- add my Tested-by tags to Michael's patches
