Hi,

I'm happy to announce that I've just released ptxdist-2018.04.0.

With this release almost all packages can be built with
OSELAS.Toolchain-2018.02. Currently known to fail are nodejs, opencv and
most packages in staging.
There are also a lot of dependency fixes for issues found by randconfig
builds.
The rest is just the usual mix of new packages, version bumps and
bugfixes.

Thanks to all contributors and - as always - the shortlog below.
