Hi,

I'm happy to announce that I've just released ptxdist-2017.03.0.

As you may have noticed, I didn't manage to make a release last month. So I
decided to make the release at the beginning of the month this time.
There is not a lot of stuff this time. Just some more of the usual mix of
new packages, version bumps and bugfixes.
There is one thing that might be noticeable. I discovered that some
configure scripts didn't fail for invalid options. This is fixed now. So
some local autoconf packages may start failing in the prepare stage. In
that case, read the error message and fix the configure options.

Thanks to all contributors and - as always - the shortlog below.

Enjoy,
Michael Olbrich
