Hi,

I'm happy to announce that I've just released ptxdist-2016.11.0.

There are not too many changes this time. For the most part it's just the
usual mix of new packages, version bumps and bugfixes.
There are also several fixes for newer distibutions with gcc 6.x as host
compiler and make 4.2.

Thanks to all contributors and - as always - the shortlog below.
