Hi,

I'm happy to announce that I've just released ptxdist-2016.09.0.

As always, we have the usual mix of new packages, version bumps and
bugfixes. PTXdist has gained a new command 'urlcheck'. It will check the
package URLs without actually downloading the archives. With this testing a
BSP for broken URLs is a lot faster.
