Hi,

I'm happy to announce that I've just released ptxdist-2016.04.0.

I has been two months since the last release so there is a bit more stuff
than in most releases but nothing really stands out. Just the usual mix of
new packages, version bumps and bugfixes.

Thanks to all contributors and - as always - the shortlog below.
