Hallo,
can PTXCONF_TARGET_EXTRA_CXXFLAGS be used on a per package basis ? I
need to pass -std=gnu++11 to Qt5 to build qtwebengine and as a test I
changed PTXCONF_TARGET_EXTRA_CXXFLAGS in ./ptxdist menuconfig and it
worked.

You can set QT5_CXXFLAGS="-std=gnu++11". This way, this is only used for
Qt5 and no other package. These flags are added right before
PTXCONF_TARGET_EXTRA_CXXFLAGS and is the per package version of this
option.
