Hi,

I'm happy to announce that I've just released ptxdist-2015.09.0.
I spent a lot of time on vacation since the last release, so this is a
rather small release. Various python3 updates and improvements for the most
part.

Thanks to all contributors and - as always - the shortlog below.

Hi,

I know there are a lot of patches on the list, that didn't make it into the
release. My post vacation mail backlog is still rather large, so I didn't
have the time for reviews yet. Hopefully I can find some time for reviews
soon. Please be patient until then.
