It seems we have a missing dependency there. We have two powertops POWERTOP and BUSYBOX_POWERTOP. POWERTOP needs to check if BUSYBOX_POWERTOP is not selected. BUSYBOX_POWERTOP is placed in -> Shell & Console Tools -> busybox -> Process Utilities or POWERTOP which is placed in: -> Debug Tools I will prepare a patch for this.
