Hi,

I'm happy to announce that I've just released ptxdist-2013.12.0.
Nothing big this time. Just a few version bumps, some bugfixes. Our URL
checker is running again so there are several fixed URLs there as well.

Thanks to all contributors and - as always - the shortlog below.
