Subject: [ptxdist] [ANNOUNCE] PTXdist 2013.11.0 released

Hi,

I'm happy to announce that I've just released ptxdist-2013.11.0.
It's been a while since the last release. Unfortunately I was rather busy
so I didn't have the time to make a release last month.
After the rather tame release last time, this is more a 'toss in a lot of
updates and hope for the best' kind of release ;-). There is nothing
particularly problematic but there are a lot of version bumps, so be
careful when updating to this version.
Also, this is a first step towards removing the root/root-debug split for
the nfsroot. root now contains separate debug files similar to what (all?)
normal distributions are doing. With any modern toolchain setting sysroot
to platform-<something>/root should now work. Please give it a try.
root-debug will disappear in the long run.

Thanks to all contributors and - as always - the shortlog below.

Enjoy,
Michael
