I am using OSELAS 2012.12.1 with toolchain 2012.12.1
When I build libstdc++.so.6 is not copied even though
libstdc++.so does. same applies for libm.s0.6 and libresolve.so.0

Did you copy your toolchain form one machine to a different one? The behaviour 
you see happens if libstdc++.so is a file and not a link. And if you copy the 
toolchain some tools replace the links with real files.

Always copy the toolchain with "cp -ar <from> <to>" to keep the soft links. Or 
use tar if you want to move it from one host to different one. tar also keeps 
the soft links.
