Installing the "/etc/udev.conf" file depends on the symbol = PTXCONF_UDEV_ETC_CONF[1] to be enabled. Nearly the same for the files in "/projectroot/lib/udev/rules.d". They depe= nd = on the symbol PTXCONF_UDEV_CUST_RULES[1] to be enabled. Did you enable these symbols in your config?
