I think this deserves a comment. At first I thought it should point to the
license of the real package (LIBUUID_LICENSE = $(UTIL_LINUX_NG_LICENSE)),
but that has no single license.
So please at a comment where this license comes from. The same for
libblkid.
I've applied the other patches.
