It is mostly from "OSELAS.Toolchain-1.99.3.7". But I'm not sure since all
OSELAS.Toolchain-1.99.3.x releases install their results into the same
directory ("OSELAS.Toolchain-1.99.3").
I will give it a try and re-compile this specific toolchain.
