[ptxdist] [ANNOUNCE] PTXdist 2012.02.0 released

Hi,

I've released PTXdist 2012.02.0. No major changes this time. Bug fixes and
version bumps all over the place. Improved WLAN support and several patches
to improve building on OS X. Thanks to all contributers. As always the
shortlog below.
